Jens Ginal has been practising as a solicitor since 2008, working exclusively in the field of labour law. He has already completed training in labour law and his dissertation is close to be completed.
Jens Ginal advises and represents companies and executives as well as employees on all issues of individual and collective labour law. His key areas of expertise are advice and court representation in all types of legal and decision-making proceedings as well as drafting of labour and service contracts. He also assists in restructuring and outsourcing issues and all related issues, including the necessary negotiations with works committees on harmonisation of interests and severance schemes. Jens Ginal has particular experience in issues of commercial constitutional law, especially in concluding agreements, with an emphasis on the development of flexible compensation structures and working time models. Jens Ginal also advises on matters of personnel leasing law.
